Website Design and Construction
We offer an extensive website design service - we'll design your site for you based on your ideas, needs and content that you wish to have included, and when you're happy with what we've come up with, we'll integrate it into your site for you.
Cost: The cost of this service varies depending on how extensive the designing need; however, all prices are highly competitive and are open to negotiation depending on your budget. For more information regarding costs or for a quote, contact us.
Website Maintenance
Once we have created your site for you, you have the option of regular site maintenance. This can include, but is not limited to, the addition, alteration or removal of information, news updates, installation of scripts, addition, alteration or removal of subpages, etc. (excluding redesign/website overhaul/larger jobs - this work is subject to hourly fees). This can be especially helpful if you have little to no website/coding experience.
Cost: Cost varies from project to project. Contact us for more information and/or a free, no-obligation quote.
HTML & CSS Help
We also offer a support service for HTML (HyperText Markup Language) & CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). If you're stuck on a piece of coding or something isn't going right, contact us and we'll track down the problem. If you can't answer your question off the bat, we won't stop until we find the answer. If it's not HTML/XHTML or CSS, ask us anyway - we will do our best to help.
Cost: The cost for basic help is free-of-charge. If the job is more extensive (consuming 1 or more hours of time), then a $10 flat fee will be charged. Please contact us if you require this service.
Website Hosting & Domain Registration
Sometimes the process of purchasing a domain and hosting can be confusing, not to mention time consuming. We can purchase your domain and hosting for you, taking the stress, hassle and confusion out of the equation.
We believe in providing the best possible service to our customers. In our own experience, we've found you cannot go beyond the reliability and affordability of Surnaturelle. We purchase all our domain names from the excellent providers at GoDaddy.com. Domain registration with GoDaddy varies between $5-$15. Other domains (including but not limited to .nu, .com.au, .net.au, and .org.au) cost extra - please contact us for a current quote.

Quotes and Invoices
Quotes and invoices are generated in PDF format (.pdf) and can be emailed or posted depending on your requirements. If you are unable to view documents in this format, we are also able to send them to you in .doc or .xls format.
